Microsoft Zune 30 GB, 2006 model faces failure in Internet clock

Many zune users had a disrupting morning today after their 30GB Microsoft product faced a heavy failure in operation. The Microsoft Zune team is working out to solve it.

Zune has faced this problem all over the world for 30GB version, 2006 model (as reported at official Zune forums). The Zune team has reported a failure of internet clock.

Its a sad news for both Microsoft and Zune users as recession is hitting hard and now this problem. It reminds me of y2k bug where many products stopped working.

Similarly a possible cause of the Zune failure might be because 2008 was a leap year, so the clock didn’t changed. May be who knows, but Microsoft Zune team is working to correct it.
