Google scraps ‘On behalf of’ for direct emailing through 3rd party

 For those who use Gmail’s custom “From:” to send messages with one of your other email addresses listed in place of your Gmail address. Here is a good news.

Earlier when sent these messages, some (including versions of Microsoft Outlook) show them as coming “From username@gmail.com On Behalf Of customaddress@mydomain.com” which is annoying.

Now Gmail team has scrapped ‘On Behalf of’ so the message will appear as if directly coming from customaddress@mydomain.com. That’s intersting.
