Of late I have covering the story of high profile twitter accounts being hacked. Now its the time to meet hacker and you will be surprised to know that he is just an 18 year old guy who breached into the (would be) most powerful man of the world (the President) elect Barack Obama.
For all us to express goodness we often use term happy. But For Twitter Happiness has surely turned out to be sadness indeed after twitter hacker has revealed some spine chilling details. The hacker, who goes by the handle GMZ, told Threat Level on Tuesday he gained entry to Twitter’s administrative control panel by pointing an automated password-guesser at a popular user’s account.
The wired blog which uncovered this story further says that The user turned out to be a member of Twitter’s support staff, who’d chosen the weak password “happiness.” Cracking the site was easy, because Twitter allowed an unlimited number of rapid-fire log-in attempts.
As we at digital world do not promote any wrong things or crime propagators so instead of writing or explaining what the hacker did I request you to visit wired blog’s detailed article on it.
